Armenia

Armenia, located in the South Caucasus region of Eurasia, is a landlocked country characterized by its rich cultural heritage, stunning landscapes, and ancient history. Bordered by Turkey, Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Iran, Armenia boasts a mix of mountainous terrain, lush forests, and fertile valleys. Its capital, Yerevan, is one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities, renowned for its pink-hued stone architecture and vibrant culture. Armenians have a distinct identity shaped by their millennia-old civilization, including a unique language, Armenian Apostolic Church, and traditions. Despite its small size, Armenia has made significant contributions to literature, art, and science throughout history, while grappling with geopolitical challenges and a complex regional landscape.
